This Commercial grade Sample Roaster will not only satisfy the home roasters needs, but will also be a welcomed addition to a seasoned roaster who needs to sample their coffee offerings.

USRC's Sample Coffee Roaster price includes: Heavy-duty stainless-steel drum with stainless drum side covers; Even and accurate heat control on all models; separate chaff cyclone; and stainless cooler screen. Roast times from 6-18 minutes. US Roaster Corp's Sample Coffee Bean Roaster roasts from a hand full to full loads. Automatic burner lighting with J type thermocouple probe using "info sense" to be accurate to one degree with is located to read bean temperature, connected to Watlow controller to control main gas on and off operations from a set point of controller with PID. Set point temperature is easy to adjust with a push of a button, set point and current temperature displayed during operation. Drum environmental thermocouple is a dial type and installed in airflow. Hand valve with manometer pressure gauge is used to control flame height/heat output of burner. For bean discharge, the cooler tilts forward for easy operation. The Sample Coffee Roaster has a separate dampener for control of air through beans and cooler. Speed controlled fan, includes chaff collector. Drum and fan are direct drive, no lubrication needed!.
